Return and Refund Policy

 

Return & Refund Policy

At The Folded Flag, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 100% no questions asked limited time money-back guarantee or replacement for defective items. 

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund 


You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if: 

- If you are not 100% satisfied, we will be happy to issue you a refund. 

- Your item was received damaged, defective, or misprinted 

- You contact us within 14 days of delivery 

- You provide your order number and, when applicable, photos of the issue 

- The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused (except in the case of defects)

Replacement Process 

To request a replacement:

2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable. 

3. Our team will respond within 2 business days and arrange for a replacement or refund. 


Refund Process 

If your return is approved: 

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method 

- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider 


Return Shipping 

In most cases, you do not need to return the item. If a return is requested, we will provide instructions by email. We may cover the cost of return shipping on a case-by-case basis for damaged or defective products.
